It's been so long since I've written on here that I'm not sure I remember how to do it! But I've decided to share a story or two once in a while in order to remember some of the cute things the girls say and do.
This morning I left Grace and Emma playing in Emma's room while I was putting away the laundry. They seemed to be quiet and content so I was just taking the opportunity to get a few things done.
I then heard Grace come out of the room and close the door. I asked her if she shut Emma in her room by herself. She said, very emphatically, that she had because Emma was trying to eat her crackers. I let her know that leaving her baby sister alone in her room is not something she should do and went to check on Emma.
A few minutes later I noticed something yellow on Emma's upper lip.
"Grace, did Emma eat a cracker?"
"Yes."
"A whole cracker?"
"Yes."
"Are you sure she ate a whole cracker?"
"Yes, she did."
"Grace, Emma can't eat crackers yet."

"But she has teeth!"
Oh, the logic of a 3 year old! The second child definitely isn't introduced to foods according to Pediatrician's recommendations :)
